This site is published by HFN Global Investments Limited, a company registered in Nigeria with registration number RC 1819270 and its registered office at 8 Oriwu Street, Lekki Phase I, Lagos 106104, Nigeria. Where this page says we, us or our, it means that company.
The site gives general information about our group and the work we do. It is written for a general reader. Articles we publish under Insights are our views and general information. They are not advice of any kind.
We are not authorised or regulated by any financial services authority in any country. We do not manage money on behalf of other people, we do not give investment advice, and we do not operate a fund.

Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, an invitation to buy, or a solicitation to acquire any share, security, unit or other interest in HFN Global Investments Limited or in any company, fund, vehicle or project connected with it. Nothing on this site is an invitation or an inducement to engage in investment activity, and no investment service is provided through it.
We do not offer participation in any of our vehicles through this site, or through any other public channel. Where we deal with an investor we do so privately, and the terms are set out in signed documents prepared for that transaction. Those documents govern. Nothing written on this site forms part of them, adds to them, or may be relied on alongside them.
If you have arrived here looking for an investment opportunity, this site does not contain one.

We publish this site from Lagos, Nigeria.
It is not directed at any person in any country where publishing it, or making it available, would be unlawful. If you reach this site from outside Nigeria you do so on your own initiative, and it is for you to comply with the law where you are.
This section does not remove any obligation we may have under the law of another country, and it is not intended to.

Forward-looking statements
Parts of this site describe things we plan or intend to do, work that is under way, and buildings that are not finished. Where an image shows a building that is not yet finished, it is a design render, not a photograph, and the finished building may differ from it. Photographs of work on site carry the date they were taken.
All of it is a statement of what we intend at the date we publish it. None of it is a promise, a commitment or a forecast. Plans change, timetables move, and we are under no obligation to update this site when they do.
Nothing on this site represents any return, yield, profit or value, whether achieved or expected.

Homes for sale
The homes shown under HFN Residences were delivered by the founder and members of the HFN team through Oak & Satin Properties Limited. Where one of them is offered for sale, the seller is the company named in the contract of sale. That is a straightforward commercial sale, and it is separate from everything else described on this site.
The sale is governed by the written contract and by nothing else. Descriptions, finishes, floor areas and images on this site are indicative. Floor areas are stated on the basis set out in the contract.
Buying a home is not an investment in HFN Global Investments Limited or in any vehicle connected with it, and gives you no interest in either.

Accuracy, and no duty to update
We take care over what we publish and we believe it to be accurate on the day we publish it. We do not warrant that it is complete or that it will stay accurate, and we do not undertake to update it.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of this site or from reliance on anything on it. Where the law does not allow us to exclude liability, we do not attempt to.

Privacy and data protection
What we collect
What you send us, and nothing more:
Through the contact form: your name, your email address, the type of enquiry you choose, and your message.
Through the viewing form on a home’s page: your name, your email address, your telephone number if you choose to give it, the home you are asking about, and your message.
By WhatsApp or telephone: your telephone number and anything you tell us or send us.
Through the newsletter sign-up: your email address.
If you apply for a role: what the application form asks for, including a curriculum vitae. That form is provided by Notion and sits outside this site.
We do not ask for your address, your employer or any financial information.
Why we hold it
To reply to you, to arrange a viewing you have asked for, to consider an application you have made, and, if you have signed up, to send you the newsletter. We use it for nothing else.
Our lawful basis
When you send us an enquiry or ask for a viewing, we rely on the steps you ask us to take before any contract, and on our interest in replying to you. When you apply for a role, we rely on the steps you ask us to take before a contract of employment. We send the newsletter only because you asked for it, and you can withdraw that consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in every email.
Who reads it
Your message reaches people at HFN who can answer it. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone for their marketing. We disclose it outside HFN only where the law requires us to.
Where it is held
This site is hosted by Framer, our email is carried by Microsoft, our job application forms are hosted by Notion, WhatsApp messages are carried by WhatsApp, and newsletter sign-ups reach us through Framer and are held in our Microsoft email. These providers may hold information on servers outside Nigeria. Our agreement with each one requires it to protect your information to the standard this page sets out.
How long we keep it
We delete an enquiry, a viewing request or a WhatsApp conversation twenty-four months after the date we last corresponded with you about it. We keep job applications for twelve months, and longer only where the applicant has agreed in writing. We keep your newsletter sign-up until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You may ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to restrict what we do with it, or object to our holding it. Write to privacy@hfninvestments.com, marked Data request. We reply in writing within thirty days.
If you are not satisfied
You may complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission. If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Union you may also complain to your own supervisory authority, which in the United Kingdom is the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Cookies and site statistics
This site does not use advertising cookies, and it does not use any cookie that follows you to other websites. We use Framer’s built-in site statistics to count visits and see which pages are read. They do not use cookies and do not identify you. Because of that we do not show you a cookie banner.

Where we link to another website, we do so for convenience. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for what is on them. They have their own terms and their own privacy arrangements.

The text, design, photographs, drawings, renders and marks on this site belong to us or are used with permission. Do not copy, reproduce or republish any of it without asking us first, in writing.
The photographs of our buildings were commissioned by us and are used under a written agreement with the photographer.
