The building rises eight storeys above ground, with a mezzanine, a basement car park and a roof terrace. The main lobby, lounge and bar are at ground floor and the restaurant is on the first floor. The boardroom, conference and meeting rooms and the 67 guestrooms occupy the floors above. The roof terrace carries a gym, a lap pool and pool deck, and a bar.
