Much of what we build is physical. The homes we have delivered are on this site, and the building under construction can be visited.

High agency
Define the problem, propose the answer, drive it. We do not ask senior people what they should do next.
Honest disagreement
If you think a decision is wrong, say so. Silent dissent is the worst outcome available to us.
Openness and integrity
Share what you know with the people who need it, and handle sensitive information responsibly. A team moves fast when people can trust each other.
