HFN Global Investments Limited is developing the hotel. Radisson Hotel Group will operate it under an International Management Agreement signed on 12 June 2023 at the Africa Hospitality Investment Forum in Nairobi, Kenya, and announced publicly by Radisson Hotel Group that month.
The property is on Victoria Island, Lagos, and comprises 67 keys in a building of eight storeys above ground, with a mezzanine, a basement car park and a roof terrace. It is currently under construction.
